The best thing about memories is making them!
Empty Nest Syndrome… sounds so ominous, doesn’t it? The truth is, having an empty nest can be a double sided coin. On the one hand, you miss your babies terribly, but on the other hand… they’re finally out!!! LOL I almost made it to the empty nest stage but then went and had another, so I have a few years to go before I really get to enjoy it. In the meantime though, I’m trying to make the most of my time with my youngest, and trying to get in as much visiting time with the older three.

Happy new year! I hope that your holiday season was wonderful! Mine sure was. This year I had all four of my children at home for Christmas morning. It’s been several years since that’s happened and it was amazing! So amazing, in fact, that I actually forgot to take a picture of them together. I did get lot’s of random photos from Christmas Eve and Christmas morning, but I didn’t get a nice “posed” shot. Oh well, I have my memories and that’s what is most important.
