All Aboard to an Adventure On the Sea!

Last year at this time I was just returning from a Caribbean cruise on which two of our friends got married. It’s so fun getting to go on vacation with all of your closest friends… all those memories and funny stories are shared! The cruise was lovely, but I did learn something… I’m most definitely a beach girl! My favorite parts of the trip (aside from the wedding of course) were the days we spent on the beaches. I must say though, that cruising is a really great way to see a few different places and maybe discover somewhere that you’d like to visit again! This week I’m re-releasing my Adventure: On the Sea series which I made after my cruise last year.

Elf Antics

Do you do the Elf on the Shelf thing? I resisted for a long time, but when my daughter heard about it from her friends and asked me if we had an elf too… what was I to do? This is the second year, Mia, our elf, has visited our family and Sarah just absolutely loves her. The first thing she does upon waking is search for Mia, and her giggles of delight are all the incentive I need to get creative every day. All I can say is thank goodness for Pinterest!

Tangled Tinsel

The Christmas season is upon us and we’re all busy getting our homes decorated, the baking done, and presents wrapped. I was feeling particularly festive this year, so my decor was done in late November, and thanks to Amazon, my shopping is all done! Whew! My latest kit is all about the holiday hustle and bustle… with a touch of chaos!
