Empty Nest Syndrome… sounds so ominous, doesn’t it? The truth is, having an empty nest can be a double sided coin. On the one hand, you miss your babies terribly, but on the other hand… they’re finally out!!! LOL I almost made it to the empty nest stage but then went and had another, so I have a few years to go before I really get to enjoy it. In the meantime though, I’m trying to make the most of my time with my youngest, and trying to get in as much visiting time with the older three.

Moving On
It’s exciting and a little bad sad all wrapped up in a cardboard box. Whether you’re moving to your first home, upgrading to a bigger one, or moving far away to a new one there is always a little nervous excitement wrapped up in those big cardboard boxes. As you’re unpacking those boxes just remember the song… be it ever so humble, there’s no place like home! But before we move on to the new goodies, Sweet Shoppe is offering you one last chance to grab any of the Alphabet series kits that you may have missed:

Oh Snap!
A photograph is so much more than a moment captured on film. Photos whisk us back to that moment in time and instantly recall to us the sounds and smells, the thoughts and the feelings of the events captured in them. Even a blurry photo will do the trick… sometimes that’s all you need to relive an amazing memory!
