The best thing about memories is making them!
Empty Nest Syndrome… sounds so ominous, doesn’t it? The truth is, having an empty nest can be a double sided coin. On the one hand, you miss your babies terribly, but on the other hand… they’re finally out!!! LOL I almost made it to the empty nest stage but then went and had another, so I have a few years to go before I really get to enjoy it. In the meantime though, I’m trying to make the most of my time with my youngest, and trying to get in as much visiting time with the older three.

Happy Friday! I’m the Featured Designer over at Sweet Shoppe this week, which means that you can pick up this massive kit FREE with a $10 purchase. Pretty sweet deal! This kit was inspired by the Willie Nelson song, Pretty Paper. It’s a soft, pretty little Christmas song which inspired me to go with soft, pretty kit colours. Preparations for Christmas are in full swing at my house. I’ve been taking a ton of photos this week as I decorate, and of course, the tree is always a big show piece. Something beautiful like a tree, or even better, your children, deserve to be shown off in style. Showcase 7 & 8 do just that! Let the big photos take centre stage and tell your story for you!
