Happy Friday!  This week begins our sixteenth birthday celebrations over at Sweet Shoppe.  Party Game-a-Day is back Feb. 1st with lots of fun and we’ll also have a couple of gorgeous collabs for you to collect.  We’re kicking things off this week with a Storewide Sale… 40% off everything in the store!

I have the latest in my collection of templates for you today.  Temptations 6 feature lots of lovely clusters along with some great paper layers that really help you fill out your page.

You may have heard by now that our beloved Ru of Studio Basic Designs lost her husband earlier this week.  We wanted to do something to help her out.  The SSD designers and several more from other shops joined together and have created this beautiful collab, Forever, for her.  This is a massive collection, and one you’ll definitely want in your stash!

Snow Much Fun

While a lot of snow can be a major pain in the behind, it can also be totally awesome!  (Apologies… the 80’s girl in me can’t help but sneak out from time to time!)  Winter activities can be a whole lot of fun.  Between snowball fights and building a snowman, to carving a path down a fresh snowfall on the mountain and the good ol’ hockey game… maybe it’s the Canadian girl in me, but I do love the winter sports!

This first one is my eldest daughter playing with my youngest about eight years ago… they had a grand time in the snow that day!  It sure warmed my heart on that cold, but sunny, day.

I know many of you may have heard the heartbreaking news that yesterday our sweet Ru of Studio Basic Designs lost her husband suddenly, and is now facing her future without the man she loves by her side. If you are like us, you’re wondering how you might help, so I wanted to make sure you know that an incredible fundraising collab will be released on Tuesday, January 25th with all proceeds going to Ru and her son Brian. It is our hopes that this fundraiser shows her how much she is loved, and financially supports her for even a short time to give her the tiniest bit of time to grieve. Cocoa & Cookies

I’m back today with my final release of the year!  Cocoa & Cookies is all about the yummy stuff… whether you like to bake them or just eat them you’ll be sure to find enough here to create some fantastic pages.

Happy Friday!  This week’s release may look a bit familiar… I loved making the DSP mini kit so much that I decided to make it into a full kit.  Joy & Wonder encompasses all the bright, sparkly, and joyous parts of the Christmas season.  I think we all need a bit of that in our lives these days, don’t you?  The mini kit is still available through the end of the month, but if you’re anything like me, you want to collect it all!
