Rainy Days
I live in the Pacific Northwest and so rain is par for the course around here… and sometimes that rain is a perfect reflection of our mood. On the other hand, months and months of rain can take a toll on the psyche and leave us wishing for brighter days, both literally and figuratively! Either way, I hope you’re able to put aside the blahs and go play in the puddles once in a while!
Grandpa’s Garden
There’s something so wonderful about a full, lush garden just bursting with life. It’s so much work, but also so worth it when you gather up the goodies you’ve grown. I remember as a kid visiting my grandparents and spending time with them in their garden. It was huge! My Grandpa would pull up some veggies and wipe off the dirt… and we’d eat them right then, still warm from the sun shining on the ground. That’s how I learned to love radishes! Grandpa’s Garden is my homage to the garden my Grandpa loved so much.
The Seeds of Tomorrow
I was so thrilled this week to get a chance to work with Val of Little Butterfly Wings. I’m such a fan of her wonderfully artsy style and when she asked me to collab with her I jumped at the opportunity! We decided to do a Spring/new beginnings theme and I can say that I am thrilled with the result! Check it out…
Need a break from digi and want to do some hands-on crafting?
