The Teen Zone

February 25, 2022

There is a dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity.  It is the middle ground between child and adult, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of a parent’s fears and the summit of their patience. This is the dimension of self-discovery.  A dimension not only of growth and maturity, but of endless hunger.  It is a journey of a terrifying quest for independence, into a place not only of bad smells and sounds but of endless laundry.  A journey which takes you through a door into a mysterious land of defiance and attitude.  You approach this door with trepidation.  Beyond it is another dimension – a dimension of friends, a dimension of online games, a dimension of attitude.  You’re moving into a land of both moodiness and deceptive glimpses of familiarity, of things and ideas not your own.  You’ve just crossed over into the Teen Zone.

It’s our final weekend of our birthday celebrations and it’s been a fantastic month of fun and celebrations!  We’ve got a couple of promotions happening this weekend for you too.  First, if you missed any of this month’s new releases you’ll have a Second Chance to grab them again at the new release price.  We’re also having our Flashback Finale sale this weekend as well!  This will be your last chance to grab any of the past year’s designer mega-collabs before they’re gone for good.

Want to get off the computer for a while and get your hands a little dirty?

Baby, You Can Drive My Car… and a Summer Sale too!

June 15, 2018

Hi there, happy Friday!  Today I have a fun new release that any parent of an older teen can relate to.  I’m talking about the nerve-wracking experience of teaching your teen to drive!  That’s a scary time in any parent’s life, but a rite of passage for your teen none-the-less.  Baby, You Can Drive My Car (the title was inspired by the song, which has now been stuck in my head for weeks) is a fun, tongue-in-cheek look at learning to drive, and the excitement of passing that driver’s test.

In addition to my new release is an awesome sale!  The Gingerscraps designers are having a flash “Summer Dreaming” sale this weekend and I’ve selected kits that have a summery, outdoorsy vibe to them.  These will be 65% off through the 17th only… so don’t delay!

Be sure to snap up these amazing deals!
