Love is in the air!  It’s the time of year when hearts are open and romantic gestures abound.  I’m not a big believer in Valentines Day, per se, but I do love “love”!  I’ve created a new collection that’s all about expressing yourself to the one you love.  For me, it’s in the little every day details… for example, I recently had a tire that was losing air.  I didn’t have to ask, but hubby took my tire in and had it fixed for me.  Not a big deal, but it saved me from finding a flat tire one morning!  What’s your favorite way to show someone you love that they’re special?

I thought I wouldn’t have many pages to show off with this because I was working on it right up until this morning!  But man, did these ladies ever knock it out of the park!  The first page is mine, from my Honeymoon in Waikiki back in 2008.

Do you ever feel the need to step away from the computer and just get your hands dirty?  I sure do!  When I get the urge to do something crafty I grab a fun project from Homeworks Etc.  They’re a little DIY craft shop here in my town, but they ship all over the US and Canada.  They offer up so many really fun wood projects that you can paint… and all the supplies you need are included!  How awesome is that?  The shop also sells some beautiful home decor items as well, if you just want to add a few pretty touches here and there.

Homeworks Etc. has some monthly subscription options if you want to be able to decorate with themed items on a monthly basis.  I won’t lie… I subscribe to them all!  Check out the photos below to see this month’s projects.
